I came in with the dreaded 'Check Engine' light on in my Camaro. I dropped it off early the day prior to my appointment, and much to my amazement, I received a call later that day stating that my car was good to go. Upon arrival (the next day), I received a detailed explanation of how it was resolved and what the fault was as well as what causes that particular code. All in all, a great experience...as always.
I wanted to test drive a Traverse. The dealership I originally went to was closed on Saturday, fortunately your dealership was opened. Chris Goodman came over and introduced himself. I told him what I was looking for and he was happy to accommodate my request. We test drove a very nice Chevy Traverse Premier. Chris showed us all the bells and whistles, he also answered all our questions. I was so pleased with the whole experience that we left with the Chevy Traverse that I test drove. Completely satisfied with my experience and purchase.
Just in for the regular oil change and new filter. Had appt for 2:30 and was in waiting room for about 40 minutes and all done.. Waiting area is clean and welcoming. I usually see a small discount on my bill due to my age (89) but not this time. Not sure why as I don't usually ask for it. Having my car handles at Hendrick Cheve is always a stressfree experience.
My overall experience with Hendrick Chevrolet Monroe was fantastic. Mike Yurmack and Zach Horne did an exceptional job working with me on my new car purchase. I would highly recommend Mike and his team to others who are looking for a new/used vehicle.
